We are entering a very difficult phase in the social framework of our economically challenged society. We have been spending more than we have earned. We need to pay down the debt and we all need to suffer the pain.

Sounds simple doesn't it? It is, when you ' say' it. But when the cuts actually hit and we all see our standards of living being eroded, then we are hurt and angry about the situation. We try to find somebody to blame.

But actually the blame is with us all.

It is only possible to do this face to face because any other way is open to misrepresentation and miscommunication. This is the well known "sides" hardening and entrenching in any dispute. Every dispute deserves a face to face dialogue.
